The first time you hook up with Alex for example, you only have one sex act that you can do. This is a lewd RPG and you will be going around talking to people, taking on missions, and trying to improve your relationship with the ladies. This is a nice touch, but they do repeat a tad too often as you do have to grind quite a bit. Going to class, doing various jobs to make a few extra bucks, and so on are done in the form of these repetitive mini-games. There is a high-school kind of setting in My New Life and as a result, much of the stuff you will be doing does relate to being in school. I say this because when you are on a questline, it is easy to know what you are doing and the fact that the next part of the story can be so radically different did keep me interested in what was going on. The story in My New Life is all over the place and I know that it sounds like this would be a nightmare, but they pull it off.
